Malloy Aeronautics
Malloy Aeronautics, a subsidiary of BAE Systems within the FalconWorks division, specializes in designing and providing the most advanced fleet of all-electric heavy-lift VTOL logistics drones for both civilian and military sectors.
The aircraft portfolio from Malloy Aeronautics offers a cost-effective and efficient supply solution across various domains, reaching remote and hard-to-access locations. This capability supports peacetime operations, humanitarian efforts, and operations in contested environments. The platforms can be customized to meet client specifications, incorporating various cameras, sensors, dialog tools, and GPS enhancements.
T-Series heavy Lift Electric UAS
The T-Series, developed by Malloy Aeronautics, consists of all-electric heavy-lift uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) that provide rapid response solutions for a variety of applications. With minimal training requirements and low operational and maintenance costs, these systems present a sustainable and economical alternative to customary aircraft.
With payload capacities ranging from 68kg (T-150) to 300kg (T-650), the T-Series enables innovative and disruptive mission types. Its runway-autonomous design and compact size allow it to perform various tasks, including logistics, weapon deployment, and casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) under any conditions.
T-150
The T-150 UAS is engineered to reliably lift 68kg in all weather conditions. Its removable battery design ensures that the T-150 is always mission-ready, eliminating long wait times for redeployment, thus enhancing cargo delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Recognized globally as a leading logistics drone, the T-150 is a best-in-class, all-electric UAS that delivers exceptional operational performance.

Applications & use Cases
Logistics
The T-Series is adept at executing a variety of logistics and resupply missions across multiple environments, both day and night. It offers operators a significant reduction in cost per flight hour and maintenance compared to traditional crewed rotary-wing aircraft. Additionally, the uncrewed operation capability in both land and maritime settings mitigates the risks associated with flying crewed aircraft in contested airspace or hazardous conditions, such as rough seas or mountainous terrains.

Equipped with autonomous capabilities, the T-Series can facilitate automated logistics and resupply missions with minimal personnel involvement while maximizing capacity. The T-series is designed for easy reconfiguration with various payloads, allowing it to adapt quickly to different mission requirements.
Casualty Evacuation (CASEVAC)
the development of a CASEVAC system will enable the swift transfer of casualties from immediate danger to the next line of care. This capability allows for the extraction of individuals in peril without risking crewed aircraft in perilous environments.
The compact design of the T-650 allows it to operate closer to the casualty, requiring a significantly smaller landing area. Utilizing a UAS for CASEVAC alleviates the demand on other costly crewed assets, freeing them for other critical missions and reducing operational expenses. The T-650’s CASEVAC system is designed for low-profile extraction, minimizing the risk of mission detection by adversaries.
