GYPRO4300 MEMS Gyros
High stability ±300 °/s angular rate sensor for railway, drones and autonomous vehicles
The GYPRO4300, a closed-loop MEMS gyroscope, provides angular rate measurement with low noise, low latency and high linearity. Designed as a digital and miniature alternative to expensive and bulky FOG, GYPRO4300 offers high bias stability and low angular random walk.
Our miniature digital gyro is housed in a hermetically sealed SMD package and provides a 24-bit SPI interface for easy integration and reduced bills of materials compared to analog sensors.
The design is built around fully hard-coded electronics with no embedded software and features built-in temperature compensation and self-test.
GYPRO4300 is factory calibrated to provide a high-accuracy digital output over a broad temperature range.
GYPRO4300 is non-classified under dual-use export control.
GYPRO4300 is ideal for a wide range of unmanned systems applications, including:

14 g MEMS accelerometer with high bias stability & repeatability for avionics and Advanced Air Mobility
AXO315 is a digital high-performance closed-loop MEMS accelerometer designed as a low-SWaP alternative and performance-equivalent to quartz accelerometers. Featuring an excellent linearity and vibration rectification, AXO315 delivers best-in-class bias and scale factor repeatability under high vibrations over an extended temperature range up to 105 °C.
Enclosed in a hermetically-sealed SMD ceramic package, it provides a 24-bit SPI interface for easy integration and reduced bill of materials in PCB design.
AXO315 is designed with fully hard-coded electronics and no embedded software and features built-in temperature compensation and self-test.
It shares the same interface as GYPRO4300 high performance gyro, making them complementary and easy to integrate in IMU and INS.
