RCV’s innovative revolving valve combustion technology provides outstanding power-to-weight ratios and operates efficiently on both gasoline and heavy fuels (such as jet-A1, JP5, and JP8). This versatility makes it an excellent choice for small fixed-wing UAVs, VTOL multi-rotor UAS, and hybrid power generation applications.

The RCV engine is currently in full-scale production and has demonstrated compatibility with heavy fuels across various global applications.

Sentinel Unmanned UAVThe robust combustion system of RCV ensures reliable starting, handling, and power output, remaining unaffected by environmental conditions, altitude, or fuel composition variations. RCV engines boast impressive mean time between overhauls (MTBO), achieving up to 150 hours for rotary-wing UAVs, 250 hours for VTOL platforms, and 500 hours for fixed-wing drones.

RCV engines come fully equipped with exhaust systems, fueling mechanisms, electronic control units (ECUs), and generator mounts.Additional options include:

  • Available in clockwise or counterclockwise rotation
  • Air or liquid cooling options
  • Optional generator or starter/generator configurations.

The DF70 is a high-efficiency 4-stroke twin-cylinder UAV engine engineered to military standards for the aerospace sector. It is suitable for both VTOL and fixed-wing unmanned aircraft, offering exceptional fuel efficiency, quiet operation, and reliable starting.

With a displacement of 70cc and a power output of 4.2kW, the DF70 features a boxer configuration that minimizes vibration, along with rotation options for either pusher or tractor setups.A “limp home” mode allows operation on a single cylinder if necessary.

DF35 Single Cylinder UAV Engine

The DF35 is a single-cylinder variant of the DF70, featuring a 35cc displacement and a power output of 2.2kW. Its compact design is perfect for small unmanned aircraft applications, serving as a direct replacement for existing 2-stroke engines while enhancing reliability, quality, and multi-fuel capabilities. The DF35 is also available in a liquid-cooled version.

EFI UAV Engine Control System

EFI UAV Engine Control SystemThe EFI Engine Control System is lightweight and compact, weighing just 30 grams, making it ideal for managing various fixed-wing and VTOL UAV engines. It includes an integrated fuel system, dual injector drivers capable of supporting up to three injectors each, and dual ignition for enhanced spark operation.

An integrated data logger and RS232/CAN bus communications facilitate efficient data storage and transfer. The EFI Engine Control system features an intuitive graphical user interface and proven control software.
