Chilean National police Embraces Advanced Drone Technology
The carabineros de Chile, the national police force of Chile, has recently integrated the Schiebel CAMCOPTER® S-100 Unmanned aerial system (UAS) into thier operations.
This marks a significant milestone as they become the first law enforcement agency in Latin America to adopt such cutting-edge technology aimed at improving operational effectiveness and ensuring public safety.
The S-100 system is set to be primarily utilized in the Araucanía region, an area characterized by challenging landscapes that complicate traditional security measures.
