Ascent AeroSystems has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with AgEagle to combine the AgEagle rededge-P multispectral camera with Ascent’s advanced Spirit coaxial unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).
This partnership aims to highlight the adaptability and long-term viability of Ascent’s UAV systems while showcasing AgEagle’s expertise in collaborating with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to address critical integration challenges in the agricultural UAV industry through modularity and compatibility.
The integration of the rededge-P multispectral camera marks a important milestone, as it will be the first such solution incorporated into Ascent’s robust, all-weather coaxial UAV platforms.
