Evolito has announced a strategic partnership with VÆRIDION to create an electric propulsion system tailored for the Microliner aircraft, a collaboration unveiled at the 2025 Paris Air Show.

VÆRIDION’s Vision for Electric Aviation

VÆRIDION is in the process of developing a fully electric regional aircraft that leverages established technologies. Their propulsion system, which features a single propeller driven by multiple electric motors and a direct-drive transmission, underwent scrutiny by EASA during the 2024 Pre-Application Contract phase. The company aims to achieve certification-ready prototype flights by 2027,with commercial operations anticipated to commence in 2030.
