Kristen Robertson Joins Kraken Robotics Board, Enhancing Strategic Leadership

Kristen Robertson has been appointed to the Board of Directors at Kraken Robotics, bringing with her over 30 years of leadership experience from prominent U.S. defense firms, where she managed intricate project portfolios.
currently,she serves as the President and owner of KBR Insights,a strategic consulting firm based in virginia that specializes in operational excellence and growth strategies within the aerospace and defense industries.
Leadership Roles and Achievements
Robertson possesses a profound understanding of disruptive technologies and digital methodologies, which she has effectively implemented across various sectors, including defense, space, and commercial enterprises. Most recently, she held the position of President of Space and C2 Systems at RTX Corporation (formerly Raytheon) from 2022 to 2023, where she was instrumental in delivering advanced integrated space solutions to defense and commercial clients worldwide.
Her previous experience includes a remarkable 28-year tenure at Boeing, where she held several senior leadership roles in military aircraft and autonomous systems. As Vice President and Manager of Autonomous Systems, she oversaw notable seabed projects, including the Orca extra-large unmanned undersea vehicle (XLUUV) for the U.S. Navy, and chaired the boards of five Boeing subsidiaries, including liquid Robotics.
Before her time at Boeing, Robertson worked as a civilian electronics engineer for the U.S.Navy at the Naval Aviation Depot in San Diego, California. she earned her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of California,San Diego,and a master’s degree in international business from Saint Louis University.

Stock Options Declaration
In addition,Kraken Robotics has disclosed that its Board of Directors has approved the issuance of 3,425,000 stock options to select employees and directors. These options will have a seven-year term and will vest in four equal installments on the annual anniversaries of the initial grant date.
