DeTect, Inc. is set to deliver a MERLIN True3D Bird Detection Radar (BDR) to the Flight Education Center at Hanseo University in South Korea, with plans for installation and activation by mid-February.

The MERLIN True3D radar is recognized as the leading solution for managing bird-aircraft strike risks at both commercial airports and military airfields. In June 2024, DeTect and Hanseo University formalized their partnership to implement the MERLIN system at the university’s training airstrip located in Taean.
