Revolutionary Broadband Airborne Datalink: Unlocking Multi-Platform and MUM-T Potential!

The compact 10W radio from Creomagic, CreoAir-HP, demonstrates extraordinary throughput of up to 100Mbps and operational range of up to 250km, weighing only 800gr

Creomagic is set to unveil its latest compact airborne dialog system at the Paris Air Show, scheduled for June 19-25, 2023.

The CreoAir-HP, showcased at Creomagic’s booth A-64 in hall 3, is engineered to facilitate connectivity among various platforms within joint Manned adn Unmanned air combat Teams (MUM-T).

as reported by Creomagic, the CreoAir-HP has garnered substantial orders from prominent military aircraft and UAS manufacturers, aiming to enhance their aerial systems, including unmanned aerial vehicles and loitering munitions. These systems are designed to operate collaboratively in teams of diverse platform sizes, making the CreoAir-HP an ideal communication solution due to its lightweight design, compactness, and reliable performance.

The creoair-HP features a certified airborne radio that weighs 800 grams, accompanied by a range of ground terminals equipped with directional tracking antennas, capable of operating over distances of up to 250 kilometers. This radio supports the simultaneous operation of multiple platforms across air, ground, and maritime environments.an upcoming version of the CreoAir-HP will also introduce an airborne terminal with advanced directional tracking capabilities. The system adheres to military communication standards, including MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-704.

Moreover, the CreoAir-HP boasts several cutting-edge COMSEC features, such as Dynamic Spectrum Access, which substantially enhances its ability to evade hostile jamming and electronic countermeasure (ECM) tactics. It also incorporates high-level encryption, frequency hopping, and functionality in GPS-denied or jammed environments, utilizing RF-based positioning techniques.

Alex Shapochnik, Co-Founder and CEO of Creomagic, stated: “The future of aerial operations will increasingly involve manned aircraft working in close coordination with unmanned systems across various missions, including surveillance, communication relay, ELINT, COMINT, and combat. The new CreoAir-HP is specifically designed to integrate these assets, maximizing the effectiveness of Manned-Unmanned Teaming.”

“A significant challenge in today’s combat scenarios is the prevalence of sophisticated Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) employed by modern military forces. in many instances, the electronic warfare environment compromises the security and effectiveness of communications, particularly for UAS and drones. The new CreoAir-HP stands out as one of the few radio systems capable of overcoming such ECM challenges while maintaining secure connectivity.”
