The PLANET 9770 UAV-F Terminal meets the mobile dialog needs of UAV systems by utilizing Iridium CertusTM 100 satellite service alongside cellular 4G/5G capabilities. It offers native IP connectivity with midband throughput of 88 kbps for mobile transmission and 22 kbps for mobile reception in Certus mode, while achieving broadband speeds of up to 615 Mbps in 4G/5G mode.
This feature-rich terminal includes versatile interfaces, a low-profile passive Iridium antenna that can be easily mounted on uavs, and local interfaces such as Power, Ethernet, Serial, WiFi, along with a GNSS receiver for precise location and timing.
Beyond mobile IP routing, the embedded applications of the PLANET system are accessible via a web interface, offering enhanced functionalities like tracking, collaboration tools, telemetry management, and weather data uploads. Additionally, live video streaming capabilities are included.
