Blue UAS Framework

The Blue UAS Framework is a DIU initiative that identifies interoperable, NDAA-compliant components and software for small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS). It is designed to support both government and industry stakeholders by offering vetted technologies for Department of Defense (DoD) use. All components listed in the Framework have undergone cybersecurity testing and are approved for integration with Blue UAS platforms when properly configured.

Commitment to U.S. Manufacturing and Open-Source Collaboration

ARK Electronics designs and manufactures all of its products domestically, ensuring full alignment with U.S. regulatory and security requirements. The inclusion in the Blue UAS Framework highlights the company’s focus on delivering compliant, robust components for both commercial and defense-oriented unmanned systems.

In addition to supporting secure hardware development, ARK Electronics actively collaborates with the open-source community. This engagement helps ensure broad compatibility with leading platforms and encourages the development of forward-looking drone solutions.
