Introducing the ARX Unmanned Aerial System by TEKEVER
TEKEVER has unveiled the ARX unmanned aerial system (UAS) at the XPONENTIAL event in san Diego, marking a meaningful advancement in drone technology.
Advanced Features and Capabilities
Set to make its commercial debut in 2025, the ARX is TEKEVERS most sophisticated drone to date, equipped with artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. Its modular payload design allows for a variety of sensors and cargo options, enhancing its utility for both military and civilian applications.
With a maximum takeoff weight (MTOW) of 600 kg, the ARX combines extraordinary endurance with cutting-edge onboard technology, including satellite interaction and mesh networking, making it effective even in GNSS-denied environments.
Versatile Payload Options
The ARX’s modular design supports a diverse range of payloads, from heavy-lift capabilities to various sensor types, including electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR), multispectral/high spectral (MS/HS), and LiDAR systems.
Enhanced Surveillance Capabilities
Conducting extensive surveillance missions presents unique challenges, as military and security forces ofen have to balance between long-range sensor deployment and close-up observation. The ARX addresses this by offering both long-range endurance and the ability to deploy smaller drones for detailed inspections, thus providing a thorough solution for monitoring and threat detection.
This innovative capability is poised to transform surveillance operations across various domains, including maritime and terrestrial environments, aiding in tasks such as wildfire management, oil spill detection, and vessel inspections.
Integration with TEKEVER’s UAS Family
The ARX will complement TEKEVER’s existing UAS lineup, which includes the AR3, AR4, and AR5 models. All systems share a unified electronics and software framework, facilitating streamlined logistics, maintenance, and operator training, while also allowing for rapid advancements across the entire fleet.
Digital Twin technology
Launching with a digital twin, the ARX will feature a virtual model that serves as an exact digital replica for various applications, including simulation, integration, and maintenance. This technology is expected to enhance operator training and sensor integration processes, ensuring ongoing support and system evolution.
CEO Insights and Future Directions
TEKEVER’s CEO, Ricardo Mendes, expressed enthusiasm about the ARX, stating, “We are excited to introduce the ARX, a leading-edge drone that represents a major milestone for TEKEVER.Its swarm capabilities enable it to undertake complex missions, transforming surveillance and search and rescue operations in both civilian and military sectors.”
“At TEKEVER, we are committed to continuous innovation, striving to provide the most advanced intelligence solutions and becoming the preferred UAS partner for organizations addressing critical environmental, commercial, and geopolitical challenges.”
