FALCON Propellers supported the 2024 CUADC in Dingzhou, Hebei, where nearly 3,000 participants from 120 universities competed, with several teams utilizing FALCON C2E carbon fiber propellers


FALCON Propellers Supports Student Drone Design Contest

FALCON Propellers has supported the CUADC 2024 China University Student Aircraft Design Innovation Competition, held from September 28 – October 4 in Dingzhou, Hebei.

Nearly 3,000 contestants from 120 universities across the country participated in various competition events, including Tsinghua University, Beihang University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Competition events included:

  • Fixed-wing drone reconnaissance and strike
  • Wing static load challenges
  • Micro fixed-wing distance flying
  • Multi-rotor drone task flying
  • Space rocket launching and recovery
  • Timed cargo transport flying

Staff from FALCON Propellers were on-site to communicate with participants and provide technical guidance.

Institutions like Tsinghua University, Beihang University, Shandong Water Conservancy Vocational College, and Sun Yat-sun University, used the FALCON C2E electric carbon fiber propellers.

Shandong Water Conservancy Vocational Technical College, integrating the FALCON C2E 16×12 electric carbon fiber propellers into its design, secured first place in the first round of the solar-powered aircraft task project at an altitude of 838 meters.
