DTC and Huneed Technologies Forge Exciting New Partnership with MoU!

DTC and Huneed will provide ad-hoc technology that can maintain a self-contained mesh network by utilizing the equipment carried by warfighters and unmanned aircrafts as nodes

Strategic Alliance to Enhance military Dialog

Domo tactical Communications (DTC) has entered into a strategic partnership with huneed Technologies, a prominent player in the field of airborne and defense communication systems.

As part of this collaboration, DTC has been tasked with supplying its MANET mobile radio technology to the South Korean military.

Innovative Network Solutions for modern Warfare

The joint efforts of DTC and Huneed aim to create a refined ad-hoc network solution designed to improve operational efficiency and increase the safety of soldiers in future combat scenarios globally.

This international collaboration is set to expedite the deployment of advanced communication technologies in challenging environments where traditional communication methods may falter.

Current Landscape of Military Communication

DTC currently provides a diverse array of communication systems to military and law enforcement agencies across more than 18 NATO nations, including the United States. Simultaneously occurring, Huneed is recognized for supplying the High Capacity Trunk Radio System (HCTRS) to the South Korean Army.

The ad-hoc technology enables the establishment of a self-sustaining mesh network by leveraging equipment carried by soldiers and unmanned aerial vehicles as network nodes. This flexible network offers numerous tactical benefits in challenging terrains, eliminating the need for fixed communication setups, thereby conserving time, resources, and personnel.

Integration of Airborne Assets

Huneed’s drone capabilities will complement its forthcoming network solutions, facilitating both manned and unmanned combat operations. With shared situational awareness, Huneed’s innovations will enhance the effective use of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) data collected by drone systems to improve mission outcomes.

Recently, huneed was also awarded a contract to supply video transmission technology to the Army Special Forces for counterterrorism and Chemical,Biological,Radiological, and nuclear Defense (CBRND) operations. The company is set to deliver network solutions utilizing ad-hoc technology to the South Korean military, with the next-generation network expected to be operational soon.
