Certified by Iridium®, the PLANET 8888 terminal utilizes the Iridium Certus™ 100 satellite service, providing native IP connectivity with satellite midband throughput of 88 kbps for both upload and download.
Designed for reliable performance in challenging conditions, this rugged terminal features essential local interfaces, including power, Ethernet, and serial connections, as well as a GNSS receiver for autonomous location and timing capabilities.
