ANELLO Photonics has successfully completed its Series B funding round, showcasing strong investor trust in the company’s innovative approach too inertial navigation in environments where GPS is unavailable.
This funding round was co-led by prominent firms including Lockheed Martin, Catapult Ventures, and One Madison Group, with additional backing from New Legacy, Build Collective, Trousdale Ventures, In-Q-Tel (IQT), K2 Access Fund, Purdue Strategic Ventures, Santuri Ventures, handshake Ventures, Irongate capital, and Mana Ventures.
As the developer of the Silicon Photonic Optical Gyroscope (SiPhOG), this financial boost will propel ANELLO’s goal of transforming navigation and positioning in GPS-denied settings for both industrial and defence sectors.
The involvement of new investors underscores the growing interest in ANELLO’s revolutionary SiPhOG technology, which integrates high-precision optical fiber gyro performance into a silicon photonics platform.
ANELLO’s offerings are meticulously crafted to fulfill the stringent requirements of navigation, positioning, and motion tracking for autonomous systems operating in challenging environments where GPS signals are jammed or spoofed.
ANELLO Photonics is currently partnering with leading clients across various sectors, including construction, agriculture, logistics, robotics, UAVs, UUVs, autonomous vehicles, defense, and national security.
