Dymax to Showcase Innovations at SMTA International 2024
Dymax will be participating in SMTA International 2024, taking place in Rosemont, Illinois, from October 21-24.

Located at Booth 2713, Dymax will unveil a range of curing materials and equipment tailored to meet the dynamic requirements of the avionics, electronics, and industrial sectors.
This year, the focus will be on solutions specifically designed for critical PCB-level electronics applications. Highlighted products include the dual-cure 9771 low-outgassing conformal coating, which complies with Mil-Std-883 Method 5011, making it suitable for aerospace, defense, and unmanned systems technologies.
Advanced Materials on Display
visitors will have the chance to explore multipurpose PCBs featuring staking materials, flexible encapsulants, and board-level maskants. Additionally, high-performance conformal coatings such as 9483, known for its heat, chemical, and corrosion resistance, and the 9451 black conformal coating, designed to protect sensitive circuitry, will be showcased.
Live Demonstrations and expert Consultations
Dymax will also conduct live demonstrations of the 9-7004 PCB maskant and the 7501-T-UR-SC dielectric protective coating for battery modules,utilizing the BlueWave® high-intensity UV/LED light-curing system powered by the MX-MIM. Engineers involved in electric vehicle technology will have the opportunity to examine a battery module shell, illustrating the practical applications of dymax materials.

Joining Dymax at the event will be Electronic Coating Technologies (ECT), a partner specializing in critical electronics protection and contract manufacturing services. ECT representatives will be present to discuss solutions for safeguarding essential electronics in challenging environments.
