in a strategic collaboration, YellowScan has teamed up with Argosdyne to enhance the EasyMapper drone solutions, which have recently achieved C2 Class certification from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

Innovative Technology Meets Regulatory Standards

The EasyMapper platforms, developed by Argosdyne and equipped with YellowScan’s OEM LiDAR technology, merge cutting-edge drone functionalities with high-quality mapping sensors. Both variants of the EasyMapper (EasyMapper-LS C2 and easymapper-LM C2), easily recognizable by their vibrant orange hue, have successfully met the C2 Class compliance standards (reference: EASA PR-318-AL-200F). This certification marks a pivotal regulatory milestone,allowing operations throughout the European Union under unified drone regulations.

Through this partnership, YellowScan supplies OEM versions of its esteemed LiDAR technology to Argosdyne, which integrates these into the EasyMapper drone platform and markets the complete solution to customers, dealers, and resellers globally. Argosdyne is responsible for providing technical training and first-level support, while YellowScan offers second-level technical assistance to ensure a thorough customer service experience.

Expanding Global Footprint

Argosdyne is actively broadening its distribution network, especially targeting the US market.The company has already obtained local drone licenses for tender bids in Malaysia and Thailand and is collaborating with dealers across the Asia-Pacific region to roll out demonstration units of the easymapper solution.
