Our production process is fully integrated and managed from start to finish through a complex MRP/ERP system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability—crucial for electronics deployed in autonomous vehicles, robotics, and UAVs operating under challenging conditions.

Our core production capabilities encompass:

• Three agile surface mount lines, all equipped with Yamaha/Philips placement machinery, allowing for optimal data and tooling interchangeability through a unified data network. This setup enhances versatility and reduces setup times,making us a formidable competitor among global contract electronic manufacturers.
• Traditional through-hole assembly, accommodating leaded axial, DIL, and radial components with automated configurations to maximize production versatility.
• Mechanical assembly, complex sub-assemblies, and instrument construction are performed at well-equipped, anti-static workstations, adhering to IPC-A-610 standards by our trained and experienced personnel. Supporting processes include mixflow epoxy potting, automated solvent board washing by Kerry, and Asymtek automated conformal coating.
