Introducing the DA60 UAV Engine: A Cutting-Edge Propulsion Solution
The DA60 UAV engine represents a state-of-the-art, electronically fuel-injected propulsion system specifically designed for Group 3 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with a take-off weight of approximately 30 kilograms. This engine is crafted using high-quality components from Desert Aircraft and features Innoflight’s innovative INF Inject EFI technology, resulting in remarkable enhancements in endurance, fuel efficiency, and operational reliability. The 60cc single-cylinder engine is engineered to deliver exceptional performance for tactical Intelligence, surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions as well as extended-range UAV operations, complete with onboard telemetry and advanced engine health monitoring capabilities.
Advanced Electronic Management and Safety Features
This propulsion system is equipped with a sophisticated electronic management suite, including the INF Ignite ignition control, wich guarantees safe start procedures and optimized throttle response across various load conditions. With the optional IF60FIALT upgrade, the engine incorporates a 3-phase starter/alternator that allows for remote starting and in-flight restarts, providing between 200 and 400 watts to onboard systems at maximum RPM. Designed as a comprehensive propulsion solution, the DA60 seamlessly integrates with flight control systems, offering complete telemetry visibility and autonomous power management for avionics and payloads in both defense and commercial ISR applications.
