Introducing the Rayfin Mk2 coastal Camera: A Budget-Friendly Underwater Solution
The Rayfin Mk2 Coastal camera offers an economical option for capturing and streaming underwater visuals in real-time.This device is notably suited for applications such as remotely operated vehicle (ROV) inspections, ecological assessments, aquaculture, and various other marine activities.
Featuring durable, scratch-resistant optics, the camera also includes an integrated data logger capable of storing extensive video footage and a multitude of still images. Additionally, it comes with auxiliary ports that facilitate the connection of external devices like lights, lasers, and other sensors, considerably improving the quality of the recorded content.
Two distinct models of the Rayfin Mk2 Coastal camera are available:
- Rayfin BPC – This model supplies power to the camera, two LEDs, lasers, and other sensors while enabling the transmission of live HD video through a dual-wire setup.
- Rayfin ETP – Utilizing Ethernet over twisted pair technology, this model enhances ROVs with real-time, water-corrected HD IP video and data capabilities.
