The VPX3U-AD5000E-VO module is equipped with an NVIDIA RTX™ 5000 Ada embedded GPU alongside a PCIe Gen4 switch, all housed within a robust 3U VPX framework. This NVIDIA RTX 5000 embedded GPU is engineered to deliver remarkable processing power, making it ideal for high-performance embedded computing (HPEC) and artificial intelligence (AI) applications.

Featuring the innovative Ada architecture,this GPU incorporates CUDA cores tailored for HPEC,fourth-generation Tensor cores optimized for AI and data science tasks,and third-generation Ray Tracing (RT) cores that ensure precise visual rendering. The Ada GPU is manufactured using TSMC’s advanced 4N NVIDIA Custom Process, enhancing operational efficiency. with a denser design, the ada gpus boast a greater number of CUDA and Tensor cores that function at elevated clock speeds while maintaining the same power consumption, resulting in a remarkable increase in performance per watt compared to WOLF’s earlier models.For instance, when comparing the 144L to the 153L, the latter can deliver two to three times the GFLOPS/W, contingent on power levels and GPU temperature.

To achieve optimal performance, effective cooling solutions are essential. WOLF’s state-of-the-art cooling technology is specifically designed to efficiently transfer heat from the GPU die to the wedgelocks, utilizing a lightweight and high-efficiency pathway.
