Dymax 9801 is a specialized single-component adhesive designed for the accurate alignment of LiDAR systems, camera modules, and various optical assemblies.This formulation is resistant to moisture and thermal cycling, fulfilling the rigorous low-shrinkage standards required for active alignment tasks.

The adhesive primarily cures under UV/Visible light within seconds, and it also offers a low-temperature heat-curing option for areas that might potentially be shadowed. It is indeed ideal for bonding camera modules and assembling materials such as LCP, PCB, PPS, FPC, CAP, PS, FR-4 boards, and glass substrates. The 9801 adhesive has undergone testing to comply with NASA’s ASTM E595 low outgassing criteria, meeting the Total Mass Loss (TML) and collected Volatile Condensable Materials (CVCM) limits typically used for evaluating materials in spacecraft applications. Additionally, this product adheres to the RoHS directives 2015/863/EU.
