The AKSON C-Band Data Link provides LOS air-to-air and air-to-ground bi-directional communications for real-time UAV command and control, telemetry and streaming video. The system compresses data in H.264 format and transmits back to the ground control station over long ranges, with integrated protection against electronic warfare (EW) attack.
It can be easily integrated into a wide range of unmanned aircraft platforms, and features enhanced resistance to harsh airborne conditions. The reflector antenna surface is manufactured from carbon fiber composite to minimize weight.
