The RIEGL VUX-24024 is a compact airborne laser scanning device tailored for fixed-wing and multirotor UAVs, as well as unmanned helicopters. This advanced model boasts importent enhancements compared to the standard VUX-240, achieving scan rates of up to 600 lines per second and an impressive data acquisition speed of 2.4 MHz.
With a 75-degree field of view, this sensor excels in high-speed and high-density corridor mapping tasks. RIEGL’s cutting-edge Waveform-LiDAR technology enables echo digitization, real-time waveform processing, and the ability to detect multiple targets, making it effective even in densely vegetated areas.
The VUX-24024 is equipped with an internal storage capacity of 2 terabytes and can connect to an external IMU/GNSS system, as well as support up to four external cameras.
