Introducing the HARRIER S200: Advanced Ground-Based Airspace Monitoring
The HARRIER S200 ground-based sense-and-avoid (GBSAA) system leverages DeTect’s established Air Surveillance Radar technology, offering extensive airspace surveillance capabilities tailored for beyond visual line-of-sight (BVLOS) unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This innovative system employs solid-state Doppler radar in either S- or X-band frequencies, enabling it too identify both transponder-equipped cooperative UAS and non-cooperative manned or unmanned aircraft from distances reaching up to 20 miles.
Versatile Configurations for Diverse Applications
Available in a range of customizable fixed and mobile setups, the HARRIER S200 can be deployed in various environments, including buildings, towers, trucks, and trailers. This versatility makes it suitable for numerous operational scenarios. The system is compatible with Secondary Traffic advisory system (TAS) and automatic Dependent Surveillance–Broadcast (ADS-B), allowing users to establish adaptable risk alert zones and intrusion boundaries.
Real-Time Data transmission for Enhanced Safety
One of the standout features of the HARRIER S200 is its ability to transmit information in real time to multiple devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers. This ensures that operators remain informed and can respond promptly to any potential airspace intrusions, significantly enhancing safety for BVLOS operations.
