Falcon 990-2100mm helicopter UAV main rotor blades are ideal for aircraft with take-off weights of 36 to 240kg. All sizes are suitable for single- and triple-rotor platforms, and many can also be used for coaxial designs.

The high-efficiency blades feature excellent wind resistance, and are available in clockwise and counter-clockwise configurations. Natural frequency and mode of vibration can be provided to the customer to aid in resonance-free design.

Blades can be manufactured with different tip designs for optimized handling and efficiency according to specific operational requirements, as well as with different materials for leading-edge protection including metal and tape. Falcon can also provide de-icing functionalities including special coatings and electric heating mechanisms.
