She brings over three decades of experience in operations within the recreational marine sector across both the United States and the United Kingdom.

Before joining Airmar, Hatherley held several key operational management roles at Navico and Raymarine. At Airmar, she will collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise strategies that promote continuous improvement in supply chain logistics, execution processes, and overall synergies, with a strong emphasis on elevating customer satisfaction levels.
