The FAA certification office has recently confirmed the airworthiness standards for the Type Certificate submission submitted by MissionGO Unmanned Systems for their MG Velos 100 UAS.MissionGO, a client of AlarisPro’s Enterprise Plan, is collaborating with Velos Rotors, a primary supplier, in the manufacturing of the MG Velos 100. The comprehensive testing, documentation, and empirical evidence gathered during development will elevate MissionGO’s operational capabilities, reinforcing the company’s commitment to safety, reliability, and precision.
With the Type Certification, along with MissionGO’s anticipated Production Certificate and Part 135 Certificate, the company will gain the ability to operate more conventional flight paths through airspace, over populated areas, and eventually beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS). AlarisPro’s robust capabilities in fleet management and detailed tracking of operations and maintenance at the component level will empower MissionGO to maintain a thorough understanding of aircraft status and performance, thereby enhancing the safety, reliability, and efficiency of each flight.
