Amphenol Corporation has acquired Airmar Technology Corporation, a leader in ultrasonic transducers and Chirp technology.
As part of the Amphenol Interconnect and Sensor Systems Division, Airmar will maintain its headquarters in Milford, New Hampshire, while integrating wiht various other sensor and interconnect enterprises.
