In line with its dedication to pioneering advancements in unmanned surveillance and situational awareness for defense and security sectors, MKS Ophir is set to unveil its latest innovations in combat-ready infrared thermal imaging optics at IDEX 2025, scheduled for Febuary 17-21.

Attendees can find the company at Hall 2, booth A15, showcasing thier latest state-of-the-art designs specifically engineered for air, land, and naval defense applications. As a reliable partner and expert in optics design and manufacturing, Ophir collaborates with innovative defense and security firms globally.

With a cutting-edge facility in Bucharest, Romania—a NATO member and US ITAR-certified site—the company provides award-winning continuous zoom lenses, advanced OEM optical components, and an extensive range of airborne, security, and surveillance observation systems, including counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) and the broadest selection of infrared lenses for thermal weapon sights (TWS) and handheld thermal imagers (HHTI) with low size, weight, and power (SWaP) requirements.

Ophir will also conduct a live demonstration of its newly launched LightIR 18-225mm f/4 lens designed for MWIR SXGA detectors, highlighting its remarkable imaging capabilities.
