The ecoSUBm Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) represent a significant enhancement in both power and payload capabilities when compared to ecoSUB Robotics’ ecoSUBµ5 model.Available in two depth ratings—500 meters and 2500 meters—these adaptable subsea vehicles are designed for easy transport by a single individual and can be operated with minimal logistical requirements. All that is needed is a laptop and a wireless internet connection, allowing for mission execution from virtually any location worldwide.
Versatile Payload Options
These AUVs are highly versatile, capable of accommodating a variety of payloads, making them perfect for deploying an array of scientific instruments or survey sensors. The 500-meter variant can also be outfitted with Doppler Velocity Logs (DVLs) and side-scan sonar systems. Moreover, when equipped with an acoustic nano-modem, multiple units can be interconnected for coordinated swarm operations, enhancing their operational efficiency.
