Introducing the NSP-7: advanced Multi-Mode Synthetic Aperture Radar
the NSP-7 represents a cutting-edge multi-mode synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) tailored for larger Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), specifically those classified as Group 4 adn 5. This complex system is capable of capturing high-resolution images from distances reaching up to 32 kilometers, ensuring remarkable intelligence-gathering capabilities irrespective of the time of day or weather conditions.
Robust Design and Versatile Mounting Options
Engineered for durability, the NSP-7 features a weather-resistant pod that requires minimal setup—just power, Ethernet, and a GPS antenna connection. It can be securely mounted using MIL-Spec 14-inch lug mounts or through an adapter plate attached to the pod’s strongback rail. additionally, IMSAR offers customized mounting solutions to accommodate a wide range of UAV platforms.
User-Kind Control and Integration
The NSP-7 is operated through IMSAR’s user-friendly Lisa 3D Command and Control (C2) software, which also includes Processing, Exploitation, and dissemination (PED) capabilities. For seamless integration with third-party applications or custom software, a Radar Control API is readily available.
Data Management and Processing Capabilities
This advanced radar system can connect to an onboard Airborne Processing Server or utilize a datalink to communicate with a Ground Processing Server. Moreover, radar data can be stored onboard for subsequent analysis after missions, enhancing operational efficiency.
