The AXO®315T0, developed by Tronics Microsystems, is a robust single-axis MEMS accelerometer engineered to perform reliably in the harsh thermal and vibrational conditions often encountered in oil and gas exploration.

With a full-scale acceleration range of ±14 g and an operational limit of +150 °C, this hermetically sealed device serves as a compact and cost-effective substitute for traditional quartz sensors, specifically designed for accurate inclination measurements in Measurement While Drilling (MWD) and Logging While Drilling (LWD) applications.Its advanced closed-loop digital design guarantees minimal bias instability (3 μg at room temperature), remarkable resistance to vibrations, and consistent performance even under prolonged exposure to high temperatures.

designed for the rigors of underground operations, the AXO®315T0 incorporates a 24-bit digital SPI interface, continuous self-testing capabilities, and adheres to REACH and RoHS regulations.It ensures long-term reliability with a residual bias error of less than 0.8 mg across varying temperatures, while supporting over 1000 hours of continuous operation at 150 °C.

Boasting a bandwidth of 150 Hz and a latency of just 2 ms,the AXO®315T0 is especially adept at handling high-shock and high-vibration scenarios,making it an essential tool for enhancing drilling precision,boosting equipment reliability,and reducing operational downtime in challenging energy sector environments.
