Introducing the RIEGL VUX-18024: A Cutting-Edge UAV LiDAR Scanner

the RIEGL VUX-18024 stands out as a compact UAV LiDAR scanner, boasting an remarkable 75-degree field of view and a remarkable pulse repetition rate that can reach up to 2.4 MHz. With a scanning speed of up to 800 lines per second, this advanced airborne laser scanner is perfectly suited for rapid survey tasks and corridor mapping applications, including monitoring power lines, pipelines, and railways, and also other scenarios that demand precise line and point distribution.

Utilizing RIEGL’s innovative Waveform-LiDAR technology, this device offers advanced features such as echo digitization, real-time waveform processing, and multiple-time-around processing, enhancing its operational efficiency.

This adaptable scanner is equipped with 2 TB of internal storage and a removable CFast card, allowing for extensive data management. Additionally, it supports connections to up to five optional external cameras and external GNSS/inertial sensors. The VUX-18024 can be purchased as a standalone device or as part of various fully-integrated UAV scanning solutions.
