Leveraging the robust AP7 platform from CHCNAV, this system combines state-of-the-art long-range LiDAR technology with a variety of sensor configurations and AI-enhanced processing capabilities. With real-time waveform processing and the ability to capture an remarkable 2 million data points every second, the AU20 achieves an accuracy of 5 mm and a precision of 3 mm—essential for detailed mapping of road surfaces, utility installations, and intricate roadside structures.

advanced Features for Enhanced Data Collection

The dual-laser setup of the AU20, along with its adjustable scanning angles, facilitates extensive data collection from multiple perspectives, considerably reducing blind spots. This feature is particularly beneficial for identifying road signs and vertical structures in dynamic environments. The system employs AI-driven algorithms that ensure over 95% accuracy in panoramic colorization by effectively filtering out transient objects and noise. Additionally,automated vertical mapping alignment corrections maintain consistency within a 2 cm margin of error. The AU20 is compatible with Ladybug5+/6 panoramic cameras and can support up to eight additional sensors, making it an incredibly versatile tool for analyzing road conditions, verifying infrastructure, and creating digital twins.
