Velox EO/IR Payload
Gyro-stabilized imaging for aerial surveillance
Velox by Nanomotion is a compact two-axis gyro-stabilized EO/IR payload tailored for both commercial and military uses. Weighing only 430 grams,this low-SWaP (size,weight,and power) imaging system is perfect for various drone platforms,including multirotors,fixed-wing aircraft,and unmanned helicopters.
Equipped with a 12 MP RGB camera and an uncooled 640 x 512 LWIR camera, this advanced visible and thermal imaging payload achieves remarkable elevation and azimuth stabilization of better than 80 μRad. Its excellent dynamic performance allows it to counteract even notable vibrations, providing clear low-light and nighttime imaging without blur.
The Velox system by Nanomotion boasts a rapid response time and can generate a panoramic matrix of up to 10 x 5 tiles for extensive coverage. It is controlled via MAVLink and can transmit video across three ports concurrently.
