Advanced Wave Sensors by Inertial Labs

Inertial Labs has developed cutting-edge Wave Sensors that incorporate three-dimensional accelerometers, magnetometers, gyroscopes, and barometric sensors. These devices deliver precise measurements of wave attributes, including height, period, direction, and energy, alongside the heave, sway, surge, pitch, and roll of the measuring device.The sensors can also output spectral data in the form of comprehensive Fourier coefficients and energy metrics.

Seamless Integration with Marine Systems

These sensors are designed for effortless integration with various marine and maritime systems, such as buoys and unmanned floating platforms, enabling real-time data transmission. Two distinct models are offered: the Enhanced version and the Professional Dual version, which features GNSS heading output along with DGPS/RTK capabilities.

Durability and Protection

Both models of the Wave Sensors are rated IP67 for water and dust resistance. Additionally, the WS-PD model is available in a robust marine-hardened enclosure, making it suitable for subsea applications.
