Optical Domes for Drone Gimbals, ROVs & Underwater Cameras
Our high-precision sapphire domes can be produced with diameters reaching up to 100 mm and viewing angles of up to 180 degrees.Manufactured using a highly repeatable 5-axis spherical machining process, they maintain wall thickness variations of less than 25 microns and dimensional tolerances as tight as +/-10 microns.
We can also produce domes from option materials upon request, including quartz, optical glass, silicon, zinc sulfide, germanium, Spinel, and Alon.
