Conformal Coatings for Enhanced Protection
Dymax conformal coatings are designed to shield substrates and component surfaces from the harsh environments that PCBs frequently enough encounter. These solvent-free materials cure in mere seconds under UV/Visible or LED light, significantly reducing processing time while enhancing manufacturing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
These coatings offer superior protection against moisture,dust,corrosion,and other environmental challenges. For applications with shadowed areas, formulations with secondary heat-cure capabilities are also available.
Rapid-Curing Epoxy Adhesives
Dymax epoxy adhesives cure quickly under UV/Visible light, facilitating the swift and precise assembly of optical components and camera modules. They are ideal for bonding lens barrels, CCD or CMOS dies, and rigid PCBs, as well as for active alignment tasks.

These materials can adapt to intricate geometries and cure rapidly when exposed to UV/Visible light, offering a modern alternative to traditional, time-consuming masking methods like wax, tape, and lacquer.
SpeedMask can be applied thru dipping, spraying, or screen printing in a single layer, making them ready for production almost promptly. They are easily removable post-cure, leaving behind a clean, residue-free surface.Additionally, these maskants are eco-pleasant, solvent-free, and provide a one-component solution compared to conventional two-part solvent-based options.
