Exciting Collaboration to Advance Autonomous Underwater Ground Vehicles

Greensea IQ will expand the reach of its Bayonet Autonomous Underwater Ground Vehicles (AUGVs) in Australia and New Zealand through a partnership with BlueZone Group

Greensea IQ, a pioneer in marine robotics technology, has joined forces with BlueZone Group (BZG) to expand the availability of its innovative Bayonet autonomous Underwater ground vehicles (AUGVs) across Australia and New Zealand.

Collaboration to Advance Autonomous Underwater Ground Vehicles

The Bayonet AUGVs are designed with adaptable configurations, enabling users to modify the size and power of the vehicles to suit various operational needs, payloads, and environmental conditions. The incorporation of the OPENSEA platform significantly boosts the vehicles’ ability to swiftly deploy new sensor technologies, ensuring superior performance in the detection, identification, and neutralization of naval mines and other explosive threats.

As a key provider of specialized marine remote and autonomous systems in the region, BlueZone Group will integrate the Bayonet AUGVs into its current offerings.Their services encompass beach and surf zone surveys, mine clearance, explosive ordnance disposal, and capabilities for special forces.

this collaboration will empower partners in Australia and New Zealand to operate effectively in challenging surf zone conditions, utilizing the advanced technology and dependability of Bayonet AUGVs.

The partnership between Greensea IQ and bluezone Group aims to deliver state-of-the-art technology and dependable solutions to the markets in Australia and New Zealand. Both companies believe that this alliance will reduce the number of survey days lost due to adverse weather and rough seas, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Greensea IQ emphasizes that this strategic collaboration represents a important advancement in improving the operational capabilities of specialized marine systems in the region.

Rob Howard, Chief Growth Officer of Greensea IQ, remarked, “Our collaboration with BlueZone Group is a pivotal moment in broadening the global reach of our Bayonet AUGVs.”

Neil Hodges, CEO of BlueZone Group, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to collaborate with a leading manufacturer like Greensea IQ, who shares our commitment to providing robust and reliable solutions to our clients. Together, we will enable our partners to operate continuously, efficiently, and safely in the demanding surf zone environment.”
