As a long-time board member and former president of MOTN, Cheryl has played a notable role in the organization since its inception in 1994. MOTN is a nonprofit dedicated to advancing marine technology manufacturing and services across New England. The award is named after Steven G. Withrow, a former Executive director of MOTN and a prominent figure in the marine technology landscape.
