The Gemini family of MEMS accelerometers delivers high-performance dual-axis linear acceleration measurement in a hermetically-sealed surface-mount LCC ceramic package. The sensors are available in two versions, one that can be mounted flat to a board and an orthogonal version that can be mounted on its side, with five different dynamic range options for each.

The sensors output high-precision measurement and device temperature data via digital SPI and analogue interfaces. Additional built-in test (BIT) status is also available through the digital output.
