HGuide o480 Inertial/GNSS Navigator

The Honeywell HGuide o480 is a highly resilient inertial navigation system engineered for use in lightweight autonomous platforms such as UAVs, loitering munitions, and unmanned ground or marine vehicles.

Designed to maintain precision in GPS-challenged conditions, it integrates Honeywell’s proven MEMS gyroscopes and accelerometers with a Septentrio GNSS receiver, leveraging advanced sensor fusion through Honeywell’s proprietary navigation filter. This enables robust localization with less than 0.5% drift over distance traveled even when satellite navigation is denied or degraded.

Measuring just 71.1 x 45.7 x 8 mm and weighing only 26 grams, the o480 delivers full INS/GNSS functionality in a compact GNSS-standard form factor. It supports advanced anti-jamming and anti-spoofing via Septentrio’s AIM+ technology, with Mosaic X5 and Mosaic H GNSS options offering industry-leading RTK performance. The system features high MTBF reliability exceeding 120,000 hours and is deployable without export restrictions in most regions. Fully compatible with aiding sources like the Honeywell Radar Velocity Sensor, the o480 enables rapid integration into autonomous air, ground, and subsea platforms, simplifying system architecture while enhancing operational robustness.
