The SCIO Brick® offers industry-leading energy density in a compact and lightweight footprint, making it ideal for low-SWaP (size, weight and power) drone and robotic vehicle applications and installation in tight spaces.

The modular platform can also be scaled up to provide high-voltage output, and offers tailored solutions to suit your exact energy requirements.

The SCIO Brick® is designed from the ground up to ensure the utmost in safety and reliability. An advanced BMS delivers cell-level monitoring and real-time diagnostic information that allows preventative action to be taken before critical temperatures are reached.

Each unit is equipped with an integrated barrier that effectively prevents fire propagation between cells even under highly demanding conditions. This capability has been rigorously tested and designed to exceed standard industry safety benchmarks, allowing SCIO Technology to provide high-energy Li-NMC packs that exhibit the reliability of LFP solutions.

The SCIO Brick® system is ideal for industrial drones and robotics, with a modular architecture for efficient scalability, and advanced thermal management that delivers ultra-reliable performance under the most demanding of conditions and continuous operation.

The standard 48V unit can be integrated into your platform as either a fixed or swappable capability, and up to six bricks can be connected together in parallel to deliver up to 15.36 kWh of energy. Each unit features rugged IP67 or IP68-rated housing that can be optionally provided with an LED SoC display and a pressure equalization vent. The system utilizes a CAN interface for seamless integration into unmanned vehicle networks.
