Introducing the Enhanced NSP-7 Block II Radar System
IMSAR has unveiled an upgraded version of its NSP-7 Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and Moving Target Indication (MTI) system, known as the Block II variant. This latest iteration boasts an extraordinary range increase of over 50% compared to its predecessor, all while maintaining the same size, weight, and power (SWaP) specifications.
Optimized for UAV ISR Operations
Weighing in at a mere 25 lbs, the NSP-7 Block II is perfectly suited for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions conducted by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). It can effectively image targets beyond 45 kilometers and detect maritime objects at distances exceeding 50 nautical miles, all while operating on less than 300 watts of power. Additionally, the Block II retains the MIL-STD 810G weatherproofing standards of the original NSP-7, making it an excellent choice for drone operators seeking reliable all-weather ISR capabilities.
Advanced Features for Comprehensive Surveillance
The NSP-7 Block II represents a significant advancement in the NSP series of compact SAR systems. It incorporates proven technologies such as combat-ready SAR imaging, Coherent Change Detection (CCD), Ground Moving Target Indication (GMTI), and Maritime Moving target Indication (MMTI). Thes features equip users with genuine multi-intelligence capabilities, enhancing operational effectiveness.
modular Design for Enhanced Versatility
Designed with modularity at its core, IMSAR radars emphasize high levels of code and hardware reuse. This approach ensures that the extensive research and growth invested in the original NSP-7 is seamlessly integrated into the Block II variant, providing users with a reliable and advanced radar solution.
