Durable Omni Antennas for Vehicles with NATO & USA Mounting options

Introducing Robust Omni Antennas for Vehicles

Southwest Antennas has unveiled a cutting-edge series of omni antennas tailored for both manned and unmanned vehicles, including unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) and robotic systems.

Versatile Frequency Options

this new product line features antennas that operate across L, S, and C bands, along with a dual-band L and S antenna. Each unit is designed to fit either a 6-hole NATO or a standard 4-hole USA vehicle mounting bracket, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of applications.

Enhanced Performance and Compatibility

These antennas are engineered to work seamlessly with most leading tactical radio systems, offering thorough 360-degree azimuth coverage. Their advanced element designs ensure optimal peak gain, while the Type-N (f) RF connector eliminates the need for a ground plane, simplifying installation.

Durability for Challenging Environments

Built to meet the rigorous demands of military and law enforcement operations, these rugged omni antennas boast an IP67 rating for ingress protection. Their heavy-duty spring bases are designed to endure snags and substantial impacts, having undergone extensive collision testing at speeds of 30 mph to guarantee durability and performance longevity.

Product Specifications

The Southwest Antennas omni antenna series includes the following models:

  • 1073-003 – L-band antenna (1.35-1.45 GHz) with a maximum gain of 5.2 dBi
  • 1073-001 – S-band antenna (2.2 – 2.5 GHz) with a maximum gain of 5.6 dBi
  • 1073-002 – C-band antenna (4.4 – 5.0 GHz) with a maximum gain of 5.9 dBi
  • 1073-004 – L & S-band antenna (1.35-2.5 GHz) with a maximum gain of 2.6 dBi
