SubCtech’s compact Microplastic Sampler can be installed on both large and small USVs (uncrewed surface vessels) to detect minute concentrations of different microplastics down to a few particles per m³. The system features high-efficiency ocean sampling even at high speeds of up to 30 knots, with real-time analysis of up to 30 frames per second.

The system is designed for operation with minimal operator intervention, and can be operated standalone or integrated into SubCtech’s FerryBox-style OceanPack monitoring system.
