MostaTech to Showcase Advanced Fiber Optic Gyroscopes & IMUs at IDEF 2025

MostaTech, a leading developer and manufacturer of fiber optic gyroscopes (FOGs) and FOG-based inertial measurement units (FOG IMUs), will exhibit its most advanced inertial sensing solutions at the 17th International Defence Industry Fair (IDEF 2025), taking place from July 22-27 in Istanbul, Turkey, Hall 11 at Booth B03.

Shock Resistant Fiber Optic Gyroscope – VG2103S 3000

Designed to perform in extreme environments, the VG2103S 3000 delivers reliable performance under high shock and vibration conditions.

  • Shock Tolerance: Survives shocks up to 3000g
  • Vibration Resistance: Operates in environments with vibrations up to 18g
  • Low Noise Characteristics: Angular random walk of 0.03 degrees per root hour and bias stability of 1 degree per hour

Compact Three Axis Fiber Optic Gyroscope – G321M

The G321M offers precise three axis inertial sensing in a compact, lightweight package suitable for demanding unmanned and defense platforms.

  • Compact Form Factor: 53 x 53 x 36 millimeters
  • Lightweight Design: Weighs just 145 grams
  • High Data Rate: Outputs inertial data at 8 kilohertz
  • Precision Performance: Bias stability of 1 degree per hour and angular random walk of 0.025 degrees per root hour
  • Power Efficient: Consumes only 2 watts
  • Magnetic Shielding: Enhanced protection in environments with strong magnetic fields

Additional Technologies on Display

MostaTech will also present the VG221, the smallest fiber optic gyroscope currently available, as well as the U121D and U123D inertial measurement units. These compact IMUs integrate miniature fiber optic gyros with MEMS accelerometers, offering a strong balance of low noise, stable bias characteristics, and effective magnetic shielding. Designed for performance-critical missions, they are optimized for applications where size, weight, and power must be minimized.
