This innovative technology merges industrial weaving with stator winding techniques, resulting in a motor that combines the power density of conventional iron-cored motors with the benefits of slotless designs, such as superior step response, peak torque, minimal speed-dependent losses, absence of cogging, and a favorable ID/OD ratio.
Dr.Giraudo plans to utilize his extensive knowledge to enhance Alva’s footprint in precision markets and establish a robust partnership network across various industries, maximizing the potential of FiberPrinting™ technology. He stated, “I am truly impressed by the technological advancements at Alva. They have pioneered the next generation of electric motors tailored for precision applications. The FiberPrinting™ technology will empower both customers and partners to considerably enhance their motion tasks with minimal compromises.”
He further expressed, “I warmly invite all OEM manufacturers, motor and component producers, distributors, agents, and subassembly manufacturers and designers to engage with me. I look forward to exploring our technology together and identifying collaborative opportunities for future projects.”
